While the legacy content management system has served HealthHub well, the Synapxe HealthHub team recognized opportunities for improvements in the site’s information architecture. The team sought a more modern digital experience platform (DXP) that is scalable, secure, and flexible to meet the needs of today’s public healthcare content creators, while enabling personalized experiences for residents at scale today and tomorrow.
Streamlining content creation
With Sitecore and its in-country business partner VML Singapore, HealthHub migrated to the Sitecore digital experience platform including Sitecore Content Hub DAM, Sitecore Content Hub Operations, Sitecore Managed Cloud and Sitecore Experience Platform (XP). Sitecore enables HealthHub to serve more relevant and personalized health content to Singapore residents, while streamlining the content creation and publishing process for content partners and enabling content to be shared seamlessly across the ecosystem. Combined with data analytics and SEO intelligence tools on content performance and engagement, Sitecore helps Synapxe tailor HealthHub content, optimize customer journeys and build unique customer experiences.
Enhancing just-in-time content discovery
Since deploying the Sitecore DXP, the HealthHub user experience improvements are increasing user engagement, with residents spending up to 16% more time on the website. Search engine traffic has also increased 75%, reflecting that HealthHub is now more discoverable and gaining traction with the public.
